About Rhoer Affiliates

The Rhoer Club is an affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. consisting of a diverse group of young ladies between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age. Established in 1939, the Rhoer Club was the vision of Sigma Gamma Rho Founder, Mary Lou Allison Little, who had a passion for youth and the development of their full potential. Through the Rhoer Club, Sigma Gamma Rho encourages high educational and career aspirations, teaches important life skills by providing training and guidance in education, community service and social affairs.

Rhoer Membership Requirements

• Young Girls Ages 12-18 

• Overall 2.5 GPA

• Complete an Application

• Possess a Positive Attitude

• Attend Monthly Meetings

• Must Have Parental Consent

• Participate in Sponsored Events

About Rhosebud Affiliates

The Rhosebud Club is an affiliate group of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. consisting of a diverse group of girls between the ages of 8 and 11 years of age.  Delicate like the petals of a rosebud, this affiliate group is handled with special care and attention. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. seeks to play a role in helping to cultivate girls as they grow into young ladies who are well-rounded and will embody the qualities needed to be good students and productive citizens.  We feel this can be best achieved through action that will contribute to the overall well-being of the Rhosebud.
